SEUnited Copyright Policy 2023

Complaints Regarding Content Posted On SEUnited Website

SEUnited aims to provide a website where users can share accurate and truthful information while respecting the intellectual property rights of others. Their user agreement requires that all information posted by users must be accurate, legal, and not infringe on the intellectual property rights of third parties. To achieve these goals, SEUnited has established a process for users to submit complaints about any content posted by other users that they believe violates their intellectual property rights. SEUnited may remove or disable access to specific content on their website upon receiving a verified notice asserting that the content is infringing, inaccurate, or unlawful, regardless of whether SEUnited is liable for the violation. SEUnited may also forward the written notification to the user who posted the content and allow them to refute the claim by submitting a counter-notice. SEUnited’s policies and procedures for removing or disabling access to content that violates intellectual property rights or is otherwise unlawful remain at their sole discretion. Additionally, SEUnited may disable or terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe on intellectual property rights or post inaccurate or unlawful content. It’s important to note that any notice or counter-notice submitted must be truthful and submitted under penalty of perjury, and submitting a false notice or counter-notice may result in personal liability. Therefore, it’s advisable to seek legal counsel before submitting any notice or counter-notice.
